when to eat amla - #37135
I am really confused about when to eat amla and I need some help here. Like, I've read a bunch of stuff about how it's super healthy and great for boosting immunity, but then I also find conflicting info about timing. The other week, I started adding amla to my daily routine after hearing my friend rave about it. She mentioned she has been eating it in the mornings and feels amazing. But then I saw somewhere else that said it should be eaten at night for better digestive benefits. I guess I thought this would be good for digestion, especially since I've been struggling a bit with bloating after meals. My doctor didn’t really give me clear guidelines about when to eat amla, just said it’ll help me. I’ve also tried juice and powdered forms, but honestly, I find it a bit sour and hard to handle sometimes. Does it make a difference if I eat it raw versus in juice? Should I mix it with something? I want to make this work for me, but I'm worried I'm not timing it right. When should I really eat amla to get the best effects? Any tips would be awesome!
