I am really confused about ghee lately and need some advice from you folks. I’ve been hearing a lot about "which desi ghee is best" for health, digestion, and cooking, but there’s just too much info out there! I was making my usual round of grocery stores last week, and I came across like 10 different brands claiming to be the best desi ghee. Honestly, it felt overwhelming! A few months ago, I switched to ghee for cooking ’cause my friend said it’s way healthier than butter and all those processed oils. But now I'm wondering, which desi ghee is best for everyday use? I’ve tried this one brand that tastes nice, but I'm not sure if it actually has the health benefits that true desi ghee should have. 🤔 Plus, I’ve got some minor digestive issues and I read somewhere that some ghee might be better for digestion than others. I also worry about the quality since I heard some brands are mixed with other fats or not pure. It’s so frustrating not knowing which one to choose!
