I am really concerned about some changes I’ve noticed lately. A few weeks ago, I started taking hempushpa because my digestion was a total mess and I read it might help with that. Honestly, I was feeling hopeful at first, but now it feels like maybe something’s off. My appetite has increased a lot. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing? Like I’m craving snacks constantly, and I've noticed I've put on a few pounds. I really didn’t want to gain weight, especially since I was trying to eat healthier before all this. Is this normal? Does hempushpa increase weight? I read some different things online. Some say it’s great for metabolism and others seem to think it can cause unwanted weight gain, which is confusing. My friends keep telling me to just cut back on my portions, but I’m also wondering if the hempushpa is playing a role in this. Should I be worried? Or is this just a part of the adjustment? Maybe I need to give it more time? Just really want some clarity on hempushpa and its effects. Would love to hear any experiences or advice from anyone who’s been in the same boat. Thanks!
