I am really confused about this whole kuttu atta thing. A week ago, I went to a friend's house for dinner and she made these delicious rotis with something she called kuttu atta. I noticed that they tasted different than regular flour, also made me feel lighter after eating, which was kinda nice. I’ve been feeling bloated and lethargic lately, and I'm trying to eat healthier. My digestive system has been going haywire, and I read that kuttu atta is supposed to be great for that. But like, what is kuttu atta exactly? I mean, it's obviously something made from a grain, right? I tried to Google it, but all the info was a bit overwhelming. Also, she told me it’s gluten-free, which is a plus for me since I’ve been trying to avoid gluten due to some weird reactions I have sometimes. Could kuttu atta really help with my bloating, or is it just all hype? I’m just confused and wanna make sure I'm making the right choices here, you know?
