Aapki beti ke liye weight management ke liye Ayurvedic approach kaafi upyogi ho sakta hai, lekin yaad rahe, Ayurvedic medicines ko lifestyle aur diet ke saath milkar hi use kiya jaye to jyaada asar karti hai. Sabse pahle, uske dincharya aur ritucharya pe dhyan dena zaroori hoga.

Usse jeera, ajwain, aur hing ka istaamal karne ki salaah dunga, jo uske digestion ko sudhaarne mein madad karenge. Din mein teen baar jeera ka pani ya ajwain ka pani pi sakti hai. Isske alawa, ayurvedic churn, jaise ki Triphala churna raat ko garmi paani ke sath lene ki salaah dunga. Yeh vaman dosha balance karne mein aur digestion ko theek karne mein madadgar hain.

Dinbhar mein usko usko hydration pe khyaal rakhna chahiye, lekin thanda pani avoid kare aur garam paani ya herbal teas jaise tulsi, ginger ya cinnamon chai apnaye. Isse metabolism bhi theek rahega.

Khana sath mein, diet mein high fiber aur low fat foods jaisa salads aur steamed sabziyon ki matra badhaye, aur processed foods, sugary snacks aur deep fried cheezein avoid karein.
