Periods (on-time & good flow) Ashokarishta – 1–2 tsp twice daily Chandraprabha Vati – 1–2 tablets twice daily Triphala – 1 tsp at night with warm water Body figure & thighs Exercise walking, yoga, squats, leg lifts (20–30 min daily) Diet home-cooked meals, more protein (dal, eggs, nuts), fruits, vegetables Avoid junk, cold drinks, late-night eating Bust (healthy & firm) Gentle chest massage with olive or coconut oil Push-ups / chest exercises (10–15 daily)
