halka aur healthy khana shuru kare—jaise phal, dahi, khichdi. Din me 3–4 baar balanced diet le (roti, dal, sabzi, doodh). Energy ke liye paani zyada piye aur dry fruits le. Weight badhane ke liye doodh, banana aur paneer add kare. Thodi halki exercise aur proper neend bhi zaruri hai.
