●Ingredients (equal amounts) Dried ginger – digestive, Aam hara (aam hara) Beneficial Pippali – digestive booster, digestive stimulant Dried curry leaves – digestive juice stimulant Celery – anti-flatulence, anti-gas Black pepper – anti-phlegm and anti-flatulence Cumin – digestive supporter, asafoetida – excellent anti-flatulence Make a fine powder of all and store it safely.Classical method of consumption Do Take 5 grams of powder, mix in a little cow’s ghee, and a pinch of rock salt. Consume with the first bite of food. Taking it with the first bite directly signals the digestive fire. ●A Cooling Bile-Soothing Drink Grape-Based Soft Drink 1 cup grape juice, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1/2 teaspoon sandalwood powder. This drink soothes stomach irritation, internal heat, and anger. ●Uses of Avipattikar Churna Classical medicine for reducing bile Avipattikar Churna helps with bile-related irritation, acidity, and mental disturbance. Take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon with lukewarm water once a day or as needed. ●Nasya: The Path to the Mind Peace from the Nose to the Brain Apply Brahmi ghee or plain ghee to the nostrils with the little finger. This practice calms anger and impatience. ●Calm the body’s fire Importance of Oil Massage Apply Bhringraj oil or coconut oil to the scalp and soles of the feet. This practice, done at night, regularly balances Pitta. ●Herbal Tea to Calm the Mind Herbal Tea to Balance the Emotions Chamomile + Tulsi + Rose has a soothing and calming effect on both the mind and body. ●How to Make Herbal Tea Chamomile - 1 part, Basil - 1 part, Rose Petals - 2 parts Add 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture to 1 cup of hot water. Strain and drink after cooling. Take twice a day after meals.

Dals (only moong dal can be eaten) Besan Raw vegetables and sprouts Curd Reduce dairy intake. ??Medication ?? Tab. Ampachak Vati 2 tabs twice a day before food. Tab. Laghusuthshekhar ras 2 tabs twice a day before food. Syp. Jeerakadhyarishta 2 tsp with half a cup of warm water before food. Tab. Shankhavati 2 tabs twice a day after food suck and eat. Castor oil 3 tsp at bed time with a cup of hot water.
