Bel churna ko digestion ke liye ek accha Ayurvedic upay mana jaata hai. Isme bheda (Bel fruit) ka churna hota hai jo अच्छे पाचन में मदत करता है. Ye constipation, acidity aur pet ki bhari feeling jaise issues ko relieve karne mein madadgar hota hai. Haan, ye immunity bhi thoda boost karne main madad karta hai, kyunki ismein prachur matra mein antioxidants bhi hote hain.

Iske liye, aap is churna ko cheelaspoon (1/2 chutki) sada paani ya garam paani ke saath le sakte hain, khana khane ke baad din me ek ya do baar, depending on severity of your symptoms. Doodh ke saath lene se bhi koi problem nahi hoti, bas doodh garam nahi hona chahiye; dalkar piya ja sakta hai.
