As per Ayurveda, it is healthy and safe to cook yogurt. I like to make chicken with yogurt marination. Or is it better to cook chicken with tomatoes or in some other medium.

Chicken + Yogurt (Curd) This combination is considered Viruddha Ahara (incompatible food) Reason: Chicken = heavy, heating (Guru + Ushna) Yogurt = heavy, sour, Kapha-increasing Together → may disturb digestion and slowly create Ama (toxins) Even if you feel fine now, long-term use is not ideal Also important: you mentioned a dairy allergy → yogurt use should be avoided anyway Better Options: 1.
