It helps mainly with digestion and reducing bloating, and may support weight management indirectly by improving digestion and reducing appetite and water retention. –To prepare it, soak 1–2 teaspoons of fennel seeds in a glass of water overnight and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach, or boil it for a few minutes and drink it warm. –You can take it once daily in the morning, and optionally before meals if needed for digestion. It also helps with gas, acidity, and overall gut comfort.
