Really struggling with my weight for like ages now. I mean, I know I've tried a million diets and crazy exercise plans but honestly, nothing seems to work. I've been hearing about this thing called Medohar Guggulu from some friends, and honestly, I'm curious but also a bit skeptical ya know? I kinda feel like I just need to know more! So here’s the thing, I’ve been noticing that despite eating healthily (most of the time), my weight just refuses to budge... it's like my body decided to hold onto it for dear life! I did some blood tests recently, and everything came back normal, thank God! My doctor mentioned something about how my metabolism might be slow which could really be an issue.
