I am really struggling with some digestive issues lately, and I've been hearing a lot about freeze dried orange powder. So, I wanted to see if this stuff is legit. It's kinda funny, but after trying several teas, and just not feeling greeeat, I read somewhere that freeze dried orange powder could be helpful for improving digestion. At first, I was a bit sceptical, like, how does a powder made from oranges help, right? But then I thought maybe it’s because of the vitamin C and fiber? Not sure if there’s any other benefits lingering in it? I also recently had a stomach bug which made everything worse, and someone at my yoga class mentioned that they mix freeze dried orange powder into their smoothies for an extra punch. So, I tried it — took some of the powder (I think I put in a tad too much, yikes), and honestly it was sort of tangy but in a good way! Still, I couldn’t help but wonder if it really was doing anything. I’ve noticed everything feels a little more, um, regular lately, but is that just my mind playing tricks?? I read somewhere online that it's great for skin too, which I would love since mine has been looking kinda dull. I just want to figure out if I should keep adding freeze dried orange powder into my routine or if it's just flavor with no real benefits! Anyone here had their own experience with it or anything? Something else, I kinda feel like I should be careful? Like, am I overdoing it? I’ve tried a couple brands but any recommendations?
