I am really curious about shilajit. For the past few weeks, I've been feeling super fatigued like, really drained all the time. A friend told me to try shilajit, but I’m wondering how long does it take for shilajit to work? I mean, I started takin it about a week ago and, honestly, haven’t noticed much difference yet, you know? I thought it would boost my energy levels almost immediately! My friend was like, oh, it's amazing for energy and wellness, but maybe I’m just too impatient? I actually read on some forums that some people felt better within a few days but others said it took a month or more. Ugh, so confusing! Could it be the quality of the shilajit? I bought some online and am not sure if it’s the right type or if I should have got it from a trusted Ayurvedic shop instead. I really hope it works, but how long does it take for shilajit to work? I’ve got papers and deadlines coming up, and I really need a pick-me-up, you know? Anyone else had experience with this? Did it take long for you? I'm really just tryin to find that balance. Any advice or insights would be super helpful! Thanks!!
