Can combining ashwagandha and shilajit supplement be beneficial for my health? - #22156
I am dealing with a lot of stress and fatigue lately, and I’ve heard that an ashwagandha and shilajit supplement could help, but I'm kinda confused. So, last week, I found this amazing ashwagandha and shilajit supplement online. I mean, I’ve read that ashwagandha is great for reducing stress and anxiety, which I definitely need, but honestly, I don’t know that much about shilajit! Are they safe together? I’ve been feeling super tired, like no energy at all, and I read somewhere that shilajit could help with stamina? I just wanna know if taking both would be too much! It’s just overwhelming, ya know? I've also been hesitant because I’ve had some stomach issues. Just to clear it, do these supplements have any side effects? And I don’t want to mess things up worse! I’m not really good at remembering to take supplements, so if I add both, will I be more likely to keep up with it? Anyone here had experiences with ashwagandha and shilajit supplement together? Like, did you see a difference? I’m keen to hear your opinions or any tips you might have! Thanks!
