What’s the best time to consume mass gainer for optimal results? - #22212
I am really confused about the best time to consume mass gainer. I mean, I’ve been working out regularly, trying to bulk up, but I'm not sure if I’m doing it right. I’ve read that some people say take it after workouts, but then I also saw this other guy who says that it’s better to take it pre-workout! Like, really?? Every time I think I’ve got it figured out, someone else says something different! 😩 So, should I be drinking it right before I hit the gym or after I’m done lifting those weights? I’ve also heard that taking it at night can be beneficial too, but honestly, I'm kinda lost. I feel like I might be wasting my time and money. I’ve been trying to stick to my diet and all, but I just want to make sure that I get the most out of my mass gainer. It's kinda frustrating because all these opinions just swirl in my head. Also, like, is there a specific amount I should be taking with it? Um, sometimes I just shake it with water, and then other times I mix it with milk for extra calories. Does it even make a difference? 😅 I donno...it feels like I'm just guessing here. I really just want to optimize my routine. Can anyone share when they found the best time to consume mass gainer and what worked for them? Any tips would be soooo appreciated. Thanks!!!
