I am struggling to pack on some pounds, and I’ve been hearing a lot about ayurvedic herbs for weight gain. It all started when I noticed my weight dropping like crazy due to stress and a busy life. My friends were like, you need to eat more, but honestly, I just can’t seem to find the hunger. So, I did some research and came across these ayurvedic herbs for weight gain, and they sound promising! Especially things like Ashwagandha and some other herbal concoctions! I’m curious if anybody out there has actually tried ayurvedic herbs for weight gain? Did it work for you? I’m not looking for some miracle solution or anything, but like, a little jump start in my appetite would really help! Last week, my doctor said that stress is affecting me in more ways than I thought, and I started thinking maybe these herbs could help me because, honestly, I need to gain muscle and just some overall weight too! Oh, and, do you think there are specific ayurvedic herbs for weight gain that are better than others? Or like, how long did it take for you to see any effects? I’ve tried some protein shakes, but it’s just not what I expected, really.
