I am really curious about this shilajit honey pack I heard about. So, listen, I’ve been feeling super drained lately, like, no energy at all. I tried so many things, but nothing seemed to work. A friend of mine mentioned that blending shilajit with honey could be a game changer. So, I decided to give it a shot. I researched a bit, and it sounds like a shilajit honey pack can boost vitality and support overall health. I saw online that people raved about it, claiming they felt more energetic after just a few uses. I tried making my own pack at home, but ugh, I'm not sure if I did it right. I used a spoon of shilajit with honey but it didn't mix well, and I ended up with lumps. Eww! Is there a specific way to do it? Should the shilajit be dissolved first or something? And like, how long does it usually take to feel the effects? I’m really hoping this shilajit honey pack is as effective as folks say, but I’m kinda skeptical too!! Anyone else feel a boost?
