But here’s the scoop — I've been dealing with some fatigue issues, and I thought I’d try it out. So, is it legit? Should I be taking a shilajit test before jumping into using it? I mean, like, how do I even do this test? Do I need a specific lab or can I just go for a wellness center? Also, does it really help with boosting immunity, because I’ve had this cough that won’t go away, ugh. So if I do this test and then start taking shilajit, are there any side effects I should be on the lookout for? It seems like every magical potion has a catch — like, do I need other tests too?
