I am trying to understand what is munakka because I came across this dried fruit while searching for natural remedies for my constant fatigue and digestion issues. So, I was reading about it and it seems that munakka might be a type of dried grape? But like, I’ve never seen it before, and I’m not sure how to incorporate it into my diet either. A friend mentioned how munakka is packed with nutrients and can really help boost energy, but I feel kinda lost with all the info out there. Last week, I felt super bloated and tired after every meal, and my energy levels have just been dragging.
