I am really trying to figure out if mosambi juice is good for diabetes. My uncle has diabetes and we’ve been looking for natural ways to help him manage it better. A couple of weeks ago, he drank mosambi juice every morning, like I’ve heard people say it can help control sugar levels. But then he also got pretty dizzy one day, so now we’re worried. He loves citrus fruits, but I keep getting mixed info online about mosambi juice being okay or not. Some say it has high sugar content and might not be good for people with diabetes, while others suggest it's packed with vitamins and can be beneficial. Like, what do I believe? We were already thinking about keeping his diet balanced, but is mosambi juice something we should steer clear of or can it play a role in his daily routine? I’m just really trying to help him but don’t want to make things worse! Any insights?
