I am really struggling with my weight and it's been super frustrating. I used to be fit, but after my last pregnancy, things got out of hand, and now I can’t seem to put on any weight at all. My doctor said I’m underweight and it's affecting my health. I tried so many foods and even shakes, but nothing works! My friend mentioned she used Ayurvedic medicine to help her gain weight when she was feeling the same way. This got me wondering, which ayurvedic medicine is best for weight gain? I’ve read about some herbs and natural remedies like ashwagandha and ghee, but I don’t know how to combine them or what really works without side effects. If someone has dealt with this and has advice, I would love to hear about what helped them. Maybe there's a particular blend or something I should focus on? Thanks!

Ghee is another excellent option. It’s nourishing and improves digestion. Start your day by consuming a spoonful of ghee on an empty stomach or mix it in a warm glass of milk with a pinch of turmeric. Both ghee and Ashwagandha work synergistically to boost the kapha dosha but remember it’s important to monitor how your body reacts to it.

Shatavari is another valuable herb, especially for women postpartum, as it helps in balancing hormones and in enhancing strength. You can take Shatavari powder, half to one teaspoon with warm water or milk twice daily after meals.
