I am really struggling with how to consume brahmi powder! The other day I read about its amazing benefits for memory and stress relief, and honestly, with all the chaos in my life right now, I thought it might help. Like just last week my job got super stressful and my memory is not what it used to be. Anyway, I bought this organic brahmi powder and now I'm like “what do I even do with this stuff?” My friend suggested mixing it with water, but isn’t there a better way?? I tried that yesterday and it was so bitter, I almost gagged. I've heard putting it in smoothies could work, but I'm not sure how much to use or if it changes the benefits? Ugh, and then there's the worry about side effects. Do I need to take it with food or should it be on an empty stomach? There’s just so much info out there, and I’m little confused. Can someone please help with clear tips on how to consume brahmi powder in a way that’s easy and effective? Like, do I need to follow a specific routine or dosage? Thanks a ton!
