I am really struggling with how to consume brahmi powder! The other day I read about its amazing benefits for memory and stress relief, and honestly, with all the chaos in my life right now, I thought it might help. Like just last week my job got super stressful and my memory is not what it used to be. Anyway, I bought this organic brahmi powder and now I'm like “what do I even do with this stuff?” My friend suggested mixing it with water, but isn’t there a better way??
