I am really trying to lose some weight and I've been hearing a lot about this triphala thing lately. I’ve done a few Google searches on how to take triphala for weight loss, but there's just sooo much information out there, I get confused. Like, do I need to take it with water or something? Or is it better with warm milk? I even read somewhere that you should take it before meals, but is that true? Last week I decided to try it, but honestly I wasn’t sure how to measure the powder right, and I might have taken too much—I felt kinda funny after. I don’t want to mess this up! I also have been eating a bit better, trying to cut down on snacks, but I'm not seeing much difference and I feel kinda frustrated, ya know? Maybe what I read about it’s just not that simple? Can anyone share some clear tips on how to take triphala for weight loss? Like, what’s the best timing, how much should I use daily, and any personal experiences would be super helpful too! Thanks!
