I am someone who’s been trying to shed some extra pounds for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a bit of a struggle. I keep hearing people rave about how healthy sweet curd is, but I’m confused. Is sweet curd good for weight loss? Last week, I decided to give it a shot and started adding it to my breakfast, like with fruits and nuts or just a little honey. It tasted amazing, but I can’t help but worry that the sweetness might be counterproductive. Like, I mean, the sugar and stuff, you know? I feel like every time I try something new, there's always so much conflicting info out there. One friend said sweet curd helps with digestion and can aid in losing weight, while another claimed it might just make me gain more.
