I am really confused about apple cider vinegar and its benefits. Recently, I started feeling bloated after meals, and a friend told me that apple cider vinegar could help with digestion. I tried one from the grocery store, but it tasted super strong, and honestly, I don’t even know if it was raw or organic. Last week, I saw an ad for some fancy-sounding brand that claims their apple cider vinegar is the best for health or whatever, with "mother" included, which I guess is important? But then I thought, do I really need the "mother" to get the benefits, or is the stuff without it almost as effective? I came across a few articles saying that filtered ones might not have the same effects, but nobody seems to agree on which apple cider vinegar is good for someone like me who just wants to feel less bloated and more energetic.
