I am really confused about something and hope someone can help me out. I've been on this weight loss journey for a while now, and I’ve tried tons of diets and things, but nothing seems to work long-term, you know? Recently, I heard about sabja seeds from a friend who swears by them. They say it’s super healthy and amazing for weight loss, helping with cravings and stuff.
