I am really confused about my diet recently, especially after my doctor said I need to monitor my blood sugar levels closely. A few weeks ago, I noticed I was feeling more fatigued than usual, and I started getting some weird cravings for sweets, which is so frustrating! I checked out some forums where people were raving about anjeer — that fig fruit — saying it helped manage their sugar levels, but I guess I’m just skeptical. Don’t want to make things worse, you know? I tried eating a few dried anjeer pieces every morning with my breakfast, but lately, I've been having oscillating energy levels that are a bit concerning.
