To address weight gain and hair health, it’s important to focus on both diet and lifestyle in context of these deficiencies. Low iron can affect your body’s ability to produce red blood cells, impacting energy and metabolism, so integrating iron rich foods like spinach, legumes, and beetroot could be helpful. Alongside, vitamin C rich foods like oranges and lemons enhance iron absorption.

Regarding vitamin B12 and D deficiencies, incorporating dietary sources such as dairy products, eggs, and fortified cereals for B12, and ensuring adequate sunlight exposure for vitamin D can aid in balancing these nutrients. Consider discussing supplementation with you healthcare provider, to ensure optimal levels are reached.

For weight gain, focus on increasing intake of nutrient-dense foods that support tissue nourishment. Include healthy fats like ghee and oils such as sesame or olive oil, along with protein sources like lentils, paneer, and nuts that are wholesome and satiating. Eating frequent small meals, snacking on dried fruits and seeds can provide a calorie boost.

Thin hair can be indicative of a vata imbalance, where the body lacks sufficient moisture and nourishment. Massaging the scalp with warm oils like coconut or sesame can enhance scalp health and improve hair texture. Additionally, including amla, either as fresh fruit or powder, in the diet can encourage stronger hair growth.

About eyesight and body marks, increasing intake of antioxidants like beta-carotene found in carrots and sweet potatoes could support eye health. Also, regular use of natural, gentle exfoliants like oat flour mixed with milk might help reduce the appearance of marks over time.

Make sure your daily routine encourages relaxation and stress management as stress can impact digestion and nutrient absorption. Regular physical activity should be moderate but consistent avoiding high intensity which might increase vata level.

Consult with your healthcare provider before making dietary changes or starting supplements, as they can provide personalized advice given your specific health details and nutritional needs.

Based on your description, it seems your conditions might be linked to a Vata imbalance, which can affect both weight and hair health. First, addressing your nutritional deficiencies is crucial. Your low iron, vitamin B12, and vitamin D levels can significantly contribute to both your weight and hair issues. Incorporate iron-rich foods like spinach, lentils, and sesame seeds into your diet. For vitamin B12, consider consuming more dairy, eggs, and fortified cereals. Sun exposure around 15-20 minutes daily can help boost vitamin D levels, and dietary sources include mushrooms and fortified milk.

To gain weight, focus on nourishing the tissues (Dhatus) with a Kapha-pacifying diet. Include ghee, nuts like almonds and cashews, and whole grains such as rice and wheat. Regular, balanced meals with ample cooked vegetables and proteins like lentils and beans are also beneficial. Add a pinch of turmeric and black pepper to your meals, as it aids digestion.

For hair health, regular scalp massage with warm bhringraj or coconut oil can improve circulation and strengthen hair roots. Amla (Indian gooseberry) can be consumed daily or applied as a paste to the scalp for nourishment.

Marks on the body could be linked to past skin conditions or nutritional deficiencies; having your skin checked by a professional might provide more insights. For eyesight, consuming triphala can promote eye health. Mix with warm water and drink before bed.

These remedies should be combined with lifestyle modifications like proper sleep and stress management through yoga or meditation. It’s essential to follow up with a healthcare practitioner regarding your deficiencies, as they may require additional supplementation.
