I am struggling a bit with my weight and really wanna know how to take triphala for weight loss. A few months ago, I joined a gym and started eating better, but the scale just won’t budge. I’ve tried different diets and even did a detox, but nothing worked like I hoped. Recently, I read about triphala and its supposed benefits for weight loss, but I'm kinda lost on how to actually use it. I saw online it can help with digestion and maybe bloating too, which I always have after meals. That sounded good to me! However, I don’t know if I should take it in powder form or pills or what. I tried taking it once in the morning but then forgot and took my supplements instead; such a mess! 😅 I also heard it might have some side effects like stomach upset?? I mean, I really want this to work, so I’d love to know what’s the best way to actually take triphala for weight loss, and how often too? Is there any specific recommendations about the timing or anything with food? I guess I just want some guidance on making this a regular thing, so I can avoid the confusion! Any experiences would be super helpful!!
