I am trying to find out which ayurvedic medicine is best for weight gain! I’m in my early 30s and honestly, I’ve struggled with being underweight my entire life. It’s kinda frustrating! I eat a lot, but it feels like nothing works. Friends tell me maybe I have a fast metabolism or something, but I just want to know if there’s a more direct way to do this. Last month, I started seeing this Ayurvedic doctor who said that proper digestion is super important and suggested a few herbs but it’s so overwhelming. He mentioned that ashwagandha could be helpful, but then I read about so many other things like ghee and various powders. Also, I keep seeing people mention different combinations of foods and medicines, but what I really need is to just be pointed in the right direction on which ayurvedic medicine is best for weight gain. Do I have to take it consistently, or is it more about a balanced routine with diet and exercise? There’s just so much info out there, and I don't wanna waste time or money! Any help would be amazing!
