I am really confused about my diet lately and need some advice from all the awesome Ayurveda folks here. I’ve been feeling super fiery and irritated, like all the time! My digestion’s been off, sometimes I feel too hot, and other times, kinda bloated? Anyway, I did some reading and it seems like I might have a pitta dosha imbalance or whatever. 🤔 Like, I’ve been eating a lot of spicy food, which I thought was okay, but now I’m unsure what should pitta dosha eat to cool it all down. Last week, my friend mentioned I should avoid oily foods and maybe stick to more cooling stuff, but what does that mean? I tried having some salads, but honestly, they don’t fill me up! I also love my curries and fried foods, but those seem to make my symptoms worse. 🤦♀️ Can you guys give me some ideas on what should pitta dosha eat? Like are there specific fruits or veggies I should focus on or even grains? I just want to feel balanced and not this constantly hot mess! It’s stressing me out, honestly. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
