Considering your current diet and fitness regimen, it’s valuable to address the balance according to Ayurvedic principles. The presence of belly fat could mean an imbalance in the digestive fire, known as agni. The incorporation of some fruits and coffee may interrupt the protein-heavy carnivore diet. For Kapha dosha types, which can relate to weight gain, focusing on light, warm and easily digestible meals is important.

While your emphasis on protein is beneficial for muscle maintenance, the bananas might increase Kapha due to their inherent heaviness and sweetness. In Ayurveda, bananas are best consumed ripe and in moderation, ideally in a well-spaced manner from heavy meals. Coffee, though invigorating, may disrupt the digestive process if consumed excessively. It might also increase Vata when taken in larger amounts due to its drying and stimulating qualities.

Try reducing coffee intake. Instead, start the morning with warm water mixed with lemon to stimulate digestive fire without coffee’s side effects. You could try herbal teas like ginger or herbal teas for similar stimulation without dietary complications.

Experiment with moderate consumption of fresh fruits, like apples or berries, which are lighter on the digestive system. Cooking with macadamia oil suits Vata and Pitta types yet make sure it’s in moderation. Too much oil can be heavy for Kapha.

Regarding meals, include some fibrous vegetables cooked gently—such as zucchini, or spinach which are easier to digest and balance out the meat-heavy diet. Increase physical activity by adding some cardio sessions to complement your weight training routine as Kapha types benefit from steady exercise.

Monitor the quantity of food at each meal, encouraging smaller portions for better digestion and absorption. Focus on mindful eating—chew food well, eat in a calm environment and ensure plenty of rest for optimal metabolic function.

Your current dietary approach and exercise routine seem quite disciplined, but from a Siddha-Ayurvedic perspective, there may be factors worth considering to address the issue of belly fat. The combination of a carnivorous diet with bananas, coffee, and lemon water might be playing a role. Let’s explore this further through the lens of Ayurvedic principles.

Firstly, an overemphasis on protein and fat can sometimes disrupt the balance of doshas, particularly Pitta and Kapha. Excessive Pitta can lead to metabolic disturbances, while Kapha imbalance can contribute to weight gain. While consuming high quantities of meat, ensure that your Agni, or digestive fire, is strong enough to process it efficiently. You might consider introducing ginger tea before meals to enhance digestion and promote balanced Agni.

Regarding the morning routine of bananas and coffee, it could be worth reconsidering. Bananas may aggravate Kapha, especially when consumed early in the day, leading to weight accumulation. Further, coffee in excess might heighten Pitta and lead to digestive issues. You could try swapping banana for an apple, which is generally considered lighter and more digestible.

Cooking practices with macadamia oil and using an air fryer seem reasonable, but it’s essential to allow adequate time between meals for digestion. To support this, examine whether you’re experiencing any symptoms of indigestion, such as bloating or heaviness. Ensure regularity in meal timings, and incorporate lemon consciously, as its sourness could raise Pitta if used excessively.

Lastly, as you exercise regularly, balance it with mindful relaxation practices such as meditation or pranayama. This can alleviate stress, a hidden contributor to belly fat. Adjust these small areas, observe any changes, and adapt accordingly.
