I am really confused about how to consume gond katira! I just recently discovered this resin and bought a pack from a local shop, but I have no idea what to do with it. I read that it's great for that cooling effect and helps with digestion? I tried to just chew a small piece, thinking it would be like chewing gum or something—big mistake! 😅 It got so sticky, I panicked a bit. I also heard that soaking gond katira in water helps and makes it easier to eat? But how long do I soak it? 1 hour, overnight, or what? I saw some websites say to add it to smoothies or desserts, but I kinda need a rundown on how to actually make that work! Like, what else do I mix it with? Do I sweeten it, or is it fine on its own? Also, I think I might have taken too much on my first try because my stomach felt a bit off! 🤢 Is there a recommended dosage when consuming gond katira? Just feeling lost here and would really love some guidance from anyone who knows better. Thanks!
