I am feeling kinda lost here, and I really need some advice on how to use ashwagandha tablets properly. Recently, I've been super stressed and my sleep’s not great at all, always tossing and turning at night. My friend suggested ashwagandha and said it worked wonders for her, like helped with anxiety and all that. I decided to give it a try, bought some tablets, but I’m not sure if I’m taking them right. Like, do I take them with food or something? I read that it can be taken either in the morning or at night but I'm confused! Since I work full-time and have a ton of stuff on my plate, I honestly forget sometimes and I'm worried I'm not getting the benefits I should! The label says different things which is also frustrating! Sometimes I feel a bit jittery after taking them, and other times no effect at all. Should I be taking them every day? I am just looking for some clarity on how to use ashwagandha tablets in a way that actually works. Help would be amazing!
