I am struggling with my weight lately and feel kinda lost. I heard about this thing called triphala and I'm curious if it’s really true that "is triphala good for weight loss"? I mean, I’ve tried a ton of diets and nothing seems to work, and I'm getting frustrated! Last month, I started exercising more and eating better, but the scale just won’t budge. A friend actually mentioned triphala and said it could help with metabolism or something like that. Honestly, I’m skeptical but hopeful too.
