Optimizing Breakfast for Digestion and Gym Training - #50257
I'm trying to follow ayurvedic and food combining practices for better digestion, still, I train in the gym and need to consume a good amount of calories and etc. How can I pair my breakfast? usually I have 4 eggs,half an avocado hauss, 100g bread, 10g butter. I can change for cheese also or maybe try some nuts? I dont know what to do. Also, can I drink 1 cup of coffee right after the meal?
