I am pretty curious about something. I've been hearing all this buzz about shilajit and its supposed benefits. Like, I've read it can help with energy levels, which I really need, especially juggling work and two kids. So, I ordered some shilajit, and I was just wondering, how long does it take for shilajit to start working? I mean, I took my first dose this morning. 🙈 It was kinda weird mixing it with warm water — like, do I really need to drink it everyday? I was chatting with my friend the other day and she said she felt more energized after taking it for about a week, but I don't know, I'm not sure if I can wait that long! So, there I am, checking things out on the internet, and I keep finding different responses. Some say you can feel the effects in a few days, while others say it takes weeks. I read on a forum that someone had been using shilajit for over a month and only then noticed a significant boost in focus. What’s up with that?
