I am struggling to figure out when to eat curd for weight loss. I read somewhere that it can really help, but honestly, I'm confused. Like, I've tried various diets but never seen much results. Last month, I started including curd into my meals because I thought it might help speed things up. I usually eat it with lunch or dinner, but then I thought maybe having it in the morning would be better. I also added some fruits or nuts to it, but I'm worried that might be counterproductive? 🤔 My friend lost weight after she started having curd for breakfast, but I’m not sure if that works for everyone. Like, should I eat it alone or mixed with something? What’s the best time to eat curd for weight loss? Is it really effective? I’m just looking to shed some kgs, but it’s been so frustrating seeing no difference. Any tips or personal experiences would be super helpful! I'm really hoping to get on the right track!

When it comes to weight loss, consider opting for low-fat curd. Combining curd with fruits or nuts can be counterproductive if the combination is heavy and hard to digest. Ayurveda advises against mixing sour fruits with curd as the combination can be confusing for the digestive system. Better options may include sweet fruits like ripe bananas or a sprinkle of cinnamon, which can help in balancing blood sugar levels.

As for your friend having curd for breakfast, while this could have worked for her, Ayurveda typically recommends lighter breakfasts and heavier lunches. Curd can be heavy on digestion, so if your agni is weak in the morning, it may not be the best choice then.
