I am really confused about my diet choices lately, and I need some help. For a while now, I've been trying to eat healthier and control my weight, but I keep hearing different things about what foods are good or bad. Like, I love having poha for breakfast. It’s light, filling, and tastes great! But then I overheard someone say that "does poha increase weight?" and it got me worried. Last week, I noticed my scale creeping up a bit and immediately thought maybe it’s the poha! I mean, I’ve been having it almost every other day with some veggies thrown in, but maybe that’s too much? And it’s not just about the weight, I also feel a bit sluggish sometimes after eating it, which makes me question everything. I’ve tried researching online, but there's sooo much info, and honestly, it’s confusing. Does poha increase weight or can it be part of a balanced diet? Are there any tips you guys have if I do continue eating poha? Like, should I pair it with something else or maybe swap ingredients? I just want to make sure I’m making the right choices, you know? Would love to hear your thoughts!

For those keeping a strict watch on their weight, maintaining portion control is essential. Consider pairing poha with a light vegetable soup or a fruit on the side to make the meal filling without additional calories. Also engaging in routine physical activity will help maintain a healthy weight and counteract any unwanted heaviness.
