Ashwagandha take 2–3 months if stress/weakness, then break For strong immunity Eat healthy Sleep on time Exercise daily Take Amla regularly Ayurveda medicines are taken in courses, not forever without reason

Even if it is ayurvedic they are medicines and nothing can be taken life long… Ek healthy lifestyle jyada important hai than taking herbs. Time to time sleep Early morning wake up Light body massage with sesame seed oil. Exercise atleast thrice a week. Taking Amla (Indian gooseberry) + Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) + Ashwagandha daily can be beneficial.eneral Ayurvedic Perspective Amla: Rich in vitamin C, antioxidant, supports immunity and digestion. Usually safe for long-term use. Giloy: Immunomodulator, balances pitta, supports liver and immunity. Safe in moderate doses, but excessive use may lower blood sugar or affect digestion. Ashwagandha: Adaptogen, reduces stress, strengthens nerves and muscles. Long-term use is generally safe, but in some people it may cause mild gastric upset or excess heat if taken in high doses. Safety Considerations Long-term use is safe if taken in moderate doses and with proper anupana (vehicle). Avoid very high doses or combining with multiple other strong herbs without guidance. If you develop acidity, loose motions, or excess heat, reduce dosage or pause. Since you have a mixed diet with unhealthy options, herbs alone won’t fully protect you.
