How to treat acid reflux and high pitta during periods with kitchen ingredients? - #53295
I did detox like in Jan.. that was only barley, oats and moong water for 15 days then I observed that when I am close to periods acid is traveling up in my throat at night and first acid spit out is pink or had traces of blood just once then regular pitta. then I stopped the detox and immediately switched to regular food after 2 month again I started the detox and again same thing came up then I stopped everything and now I am eating here in breakfast, khichdi plain in lunch and dinner. Ashgaurd juice in morning. I am better and acid is better it’s just 25 day of this protocol. My periods got better but around periods I get high pitta. I want to get cured without medicine and from kitchen ingredients can you suggest what’s wrong and how. Can I get heal with kitchen ingredients.
