Nagarmotha powder is usually taken in small quantities, but the exact dose depends on the purpose, digestion, and individual constitution. A common general guideline is about 1–3 grams once or twice daily. It is often taken before meals or on an empty stomach when used for digestion or metabolic support, but in some cases it may be advised after meals depending on the condition. It should not be taken continuously for long periods without guidance. Typically it is used for a few weeks and then reviewed based on response. For safety and best results, it is better to take it after proper consultation so the dose, timing, and duration can be tailored to your specific needs.

✓Standard adult dose 1–3 grams per day (¼ to 1 level teaspoon) Start with 1 gram (¼ tsp) for first 3–5 days to check tolerance ✓Best timing Morning on empty stomach (best for digestion, metabolism & liver support) OR after meals (if empty stomach causes mild acidity/nausea – safer for sensitive stomach) Preferred: once daily in morning with warm water (or honey if bitter taste bothers) ✓Safe for continuous use: 4–12 weeks (most people take 6–8 weeks) ✓Avoid if you have very high Pitta (acidity, ulcers) or loose stools already Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

Nagarmotha powder cannot be self medicated, it should be recommended by an ayurvedic physician. Once recommended it’s dosage is usually after food with water/ ghee or honey depending on what problem is it recommended… even duration of taking depends on the problem.
