👉कोमट पाण्यात अर्धा चमचा हळद + १ चिमूटभर काळी मिरी रात्रीच्या वेळी.

👉कोकुम शरबत (गोड न केलेले) अ‍ॅसिड आणि जळजळ कमी करण्यासाठी वापरले जाते, त्यामुळे युरिक अ‍ॅसिडने ग्रस्त असलेल्यांसाठी आठवड्यातून २-३ वेळा उत्तम.

Moong dal in moderation is ok better to take water collected from top layer of the boiled dal. Start with Giloy ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water Triphala tablet 1-0-1 after food with water Gokshura churan 1tsp after breakfast with water. Fresh lime water.
