Good morning , I m grieving the loss of my mother . she passed away four months ago . I did everything I could and organized things for her as she wished ; I still cry and get a bit angry but my main complaint is I just can t sleep long .4 hours and all a sudden I open my eyes . it s 3 30 or 4 in the morning and I feel miserable when I wake up very tired or surprisingly very energetic /my mood swings a bit as well but not that much , feel irritable during the day and impatient with anxiety attacks ; tried herbs and anxiety drugs but still my mind is still on during the night with uncontolable thougts and funny dreams with laugthing . My mum and I were very closed and it s just sometimes unbearable to think i m going to keep going without her and without to phone her or received a phone call from her . I THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR ADVICE ; LOVE LISTEN TO raga THEY HELP ME SO MUCH AND OTHER KIND OF MUSIC ;

Sir. You are a mature person. And a loving son. Every person have to leave this life eventually. How they leave is important. You should think what your mother will feel by seeing your condition. So please move on

NAMSTE First, I want to say—I’m truly sorry for your loss. Losing a mother, especially one you were so deeply connected to, is not something that can be “gotten over” in a few months. It sounds like you showed her so much love and care, and that deep bond is still present in your heart, even though she’s not physically with you anymore. Everything you’re feeling—grief, sleeplessness, the early morning waking, swings between exhaustion and energy, irritability, and anxious thoughts—it’s all very real and understandable. Grief doesn’t follow a straight line. It comes in waves, sometimes soft, sometimes crashing. You’re not alone in this. how ever i am dvising you some holistic medications- ashwgandha powder 1/2 tsf with warm milk tab.-sumenta 1 tab twice a day head massage with ksheer bala oil NOTE- Avoid screens 1 hour before bed (or use soft yellow light if you must) Write a short letter to your mum at night or talk to her in your mind—it helps release emotions Take short, mindful walks in the morning sunlight When emotions come, let them. Cry, shout, smile—whatever form it takes. Suppressing makes it worse. Grief doesn’t mean you’re broken—it’s proof of how deeply you loved. Your mum lives on in your actions, your memories, your breath. You will feel whole again, slowly, gently. Not the same as before, but with a new kind of strength. You’re doing incredibly well, even on the hard days. Keep the music, keep breathing, and let the healing come in waves.
