I am really at a loss right now. Lately, I've been dealing with this constant back pain, and no matter what I try, it just doesn't seem to go away. I went to a couple of doctors, and they suggested physical therapy, which I have been doing, but it’s super slow and not really working as I hoped. One of my friends mentioned something called Sahasrayogam Mahanarayana Tailam 21 Avarti-600mg as a potential remedy. They swear by it! I read some articles about it, and it sounds promising, but I have so many questions. Like, what exactly does it do? Is it meant specifically for back pain?
