Hi am 25 yrs old female my weight is 44 & am unable to gain weight & I tried shatarvari & ashwagandha remedy bt no results. And am medically fit but i had a habit of eating slate pencil previously. Am not able to understand wht the issues of me being underweight even after trying ashwagandha & other supplements. & in my family evey one are healthy & no medical issues in family


Regular exercise. Protein rich diet. Tab.Liv52 DS 1-0-1 Shatavari kalp 15gms twice with milk. Vidangarishta 15ml twice after meal with lukewarm water
