Dr. Sai Ramya
I have one year of focused experience in Panchakarma consultation, where I’ve guided patients through customized detoxification and rejuvenation therapies based on their individual constitution and health conditions. My approach emphasizes the classical principles of Ayurveda while ensuring that each treatment plan is both practical and patient-friendly. I have worked closely with patients dealing with chronic pain, stress-related disorders, digestive issues, and fatigue—offering relief through therapies like Abhyanga, Basti, Virechana, and more. Alongside my clinical work, I also have a strong foundation in yoga and its therapeutic applications. I integrate yoga practices such as asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques to complement Panchakarma, especially in cases related to anxiety, hormonal imbalance, postural pain, and metabolic disorders. My aim is to offer holistic care by aligning body, mind, and energy through both Ayurveda and yoga. With this dual approach, I strive to create a healing experience that not only addresses physical ailments but also promotes long-term wellness and inner balance for my patients.

Dr. Raksha S D
I bring over three years of dedicated clinical experience as an MD Scholar from JSS Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, where I have been deeply involved in both academic research and patient care. My training has provided me with hands-on exposure to a wide spectrum of Ayurvedic treatments, enabling me to approach each patient with a personalized, root-cause-based strategy rooted in classical principles. During my clinical rotations, I have actively contributed to the diagnosis and management of chronic and lifestyle disorders using a holistic blend of herbal formulations, Panchakarma therapies, diet planning, and behavioral counseling. I’ve had the opportunity to observe and treat conditions ranging from metabolic syndromes and musculoskeletal issues to women’s health concerns and digestive disorders. Each case has reinforced my commitment to combining Ayurvedic wisdom with practical, evidence-informed care. What sets my practice apart is my emphasis on detailed patient assessment through Ayurvedic diagnostic tools such as Prakriti analysis, Nadi Pariksha, and Dosha-Vikruti evaluation. I believe that true healing begins when the practitioner understands not just the disease, but the individual as a whole—body, mind, and lifestyle. My approach is grounded in compassion, consistency, and the core Ayurvedic goal of restoring balance rather than merely suppressing symptoms. I strive to educate patients about their conditions and empower them with the knowledge to take charge of their well-being through diet, routine, and seasonal regimens (Dinacharya and Ritucharya). As I continue to advance my skills through clinical practice and academic learning, my mission remains clear: to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered Ayurvedic care that promotes lasting health and vitality.
