What Is Diplopia and How Can Ayurveda Help in Managing It?

1 answers

For the past few weeks, I’ve been noticing that my vision seems double at times, especially when I look at objects in the distance. The condition, which my doctor called diplopia, is causing me a lot of discomfort and difficulty focusing on tasks, both at work and in daily life. My doctor suggested seeing a specialist to determine the underlying cause, but in the meantime, I’m looking for ways to support my eye health naturally and manage the symptoms. I’ve read that Ayurveda can offer remedies for improving eye health and treating vision problems. Can Ayurveda help with conditions like diplopia by improving circulation to the eyes, reducing stress on the optic nerves, and promoting overall visual health? I’ve heard about herbs like Triphala and Amla that are often used to improve eye health—could these herbs help with diplopia? I’m also curious if Ayurveda has specific lifestyle recommendations to help reduce strain on the eyes. Would practices like yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), or meditation help in improving focus and reducing double vision? Has anyone here experienced diplopia and found relief through Ayurvedic treatments or lifestyle changes? What herbs, exercises, or dietary changes helped you manage your symptoms and improve your eye health naturally?

In Ayurveda, vision issues like diplopia are often related to imbalances in the Pitta dosha, which governs vision and the eyes. Herbs such as Triphala (a blend of three fruits: Amla, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki) and Amla (Indian gooseberry) are commonly used to support eye health due to their high antioxidant content, particularly vitamin C, which helps in improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and strengthening the optic nerves. Triphala helps to detoxify and rejuvenate the body, including the eyes, by promoting proper digestion and nourishing the tissues. Ayurveda also emphasizes the importance of reducing stress and balancing Pitta through practices like yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation, which can enhance circulation to the eyes, reduce strain, and improve focus. A Pitta-pacifying diet, rich in cooling, nourishing foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, will help maintain eye health and prevent excessive heat or inflammation. Additionally, eye exercises, like palming and focusing on distant objects, can be beneficial in improving focus and reducing strain. Regularly practicing these holistic techniques can provide relief and support the healing process for visual disturbances like diplopia.

fallopian tube

3 answers

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year now, but nothing seems to be working. I finally went for some tests, and the doctor said one of my fallopian tubes is blocked. The other one is open, but they told me that having only one functional fallopian tube could make it harder to get pregnant. I felt completely lost hearing that because I never had any major health issues before, and I don’t even understand how or why my fallopian tube got blocked in the first place. I wasn’t given much of an explanation—just that it could be due to past infections, inflammation, or even scar tissue from something I didn’t notice. The doctor suggested that I could go for surgery or try assisted reproductive techniques, but I really don’t want to jump into any invasive procedures if there’s a natural way to fix this. That’s why I started looking into Ayurveda. Does Ayurveda have treatments to unblock a fallopian tube naturally? Are there specific herbs or therapies that can help clear any blockages without needing surgery? I’ve heard of Panchakarma, but I don’t know if that would help in this case. Also, does diet play a role in fallopian tube health? Should I be avoiding certain foods or eating specific things to help improve my chances of conceiving? Another thing I’ve noticed is that my periods have been a little irregular over the past few months, and I don’t know if that’s connected. Could hormonal imbalance be part of the reason my fallopian tube got blocked? Does Ayurveda offer a way to balance hormones along with improving fertility? I really want to find a natural approach before considering any medical procedures. If anyone has successfully treated a fallopian tube blockage through Ayurveda, please share your experience. What actually worked, and how long did it take to see results?

A blocked fallopian tube can make conception more challenging, but since one of your tubes is open, pregnancy is still possible. Ayurveda focuses on removing blockages naturally, improving reproductive health, and balancing hormones. Blockages are often linked to Kapha (mucus accumulation) and Vata (poor circulation) imbalances, which Ayurveda addresses through detoxification, herbs, and dietary changes. Panchakarma therapies like Uttar Basti (medicated oil enema) and Virechana (detoxification) can help clear blockages, while herbs like Shatavari, Guggulu, and Ashwagandha support fertility and reduce inflammation. A fertility-supporting diet should include warm, nourishing foods like ghee, sesame seeds, leafy greens, and anti-inflammatory spices like turmeric and ginger. Avoiding processed foods, excess dairy, and cold foods can help reduce mucus buildup in the tubes. Applying warm castor oil packs on the lower abdomen may also improve circulation and support healing. Since hormonal imbalances can contribute to irregular periods and fertility issues, herbs like Ashoka and Shatavari help regulate cycles and improve ovulation. Stress reduction through meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises) is also essential, as high stress can disrupt hormone balance. Since natural healing takes time, consistency with Ayurvedic treatments for at least 3-6 months is important. Regular cycle tracking and ovulation monitoring can also help optimize conception chances. If the blockage is severe, an Ayurvedic doctor may suggest a combination of herbal remedies and Panchakarma therapy for a more targeted approach. Have you already tried any natural methods, or would you like a more detailed plan on diet and herbs?

Embolism Definition

2 answers

I recently lost a close family member due to an embolism, and I’m trying to understand more about it. The doctors explained it to us, but everything sounded very medical, and I still don’t fully understand what an embolism is and how it happens. Can you explain the embolism definition in a way that makes sense? I read that an embolism is when a blood clot or something else blocks a blood vessel. Does that mean it only happens to people with poor circulation, or can it affect anyone? How does Ayurveda describe the causes of an embolism? I’m worried because my father has a history of high cholesterol and blood pressure. Are these risk factors for an embolism? What natural Ayurvedic remedies can help prevent an embolism from happening in the first place? Some sources say that embolisms can come from fatty deposits, air bubbles, or even bacteria in the bloodstream. If that’s true, does Ayurveda offer treatments to cleanse the blood and keep circulation healthy? Are there any early warning signs of an embolism that a person should watch for? Can Ayurveda help detect circulation issues before they become dangerous? I’ve been looking into lifestyle changes to reduce my family’s risk of embolism. Are there any specific Ayurvedic dietary guidelines or herbal remedies that support healthy blood flow and prevent blockages? I’m also curious about Ayurveda’s view on blood-thinning herbs. Are there any natural ways to keep blood from clotting too much without relying on medication?

An embolism occurs when a clot, air bubble, fat droplet, or other substance blocks a blood vessel, restricting circulation and oxygen supply to vital organs. In Ayurveda, this is linked to imbalances in *Vata* (circulatory flow) and *Kapha* (thick, sluggish blood). Poor digestion (*Mandagni*), high cholesterol, and toxins (*Ama*) contribute to blood impurities and blockages. High blood pressure and cholesterol increase the risk, making it essential to maintain *Rakta Shuddhi* (blood purification) with herbs like Arjuna, Guduchi, and Turmeric. Ayurvedic remedies like *Triphala*, Guggulu, and Brahmi support circulation and prevent clot formation naturally. Signs of an embolism may include sudden pain, breathlessness, dizziness, or numbness, requiring immediate medical attention. To reduce risk, adopt a *Sattvic* diet rich in fiber, greens, and healthy fats, avoid heavy, oily, and processed foods, and practice regular exercise and *Pranayama* to enhance blood flow. Ayurveda also recommends natural blood-thinners like garlic, ginger, and tulsi to prevent excessive clotting while promoting balanced circulation.

What Is the Meaning of Boobs

4 answers

Lately, I have been coming across the word boobs in different conversations and online discussions, and I realized that while I understand the general meaning, I want to learn more about their biological function and significance. I know that boobs is a common slang term for breasts, but I am curious to understand their role in human anatomy, health, and overall well-being. From what I read, boobs are made up of glandular tissue, fat, and connective tissues. They serve an important biological purpose in women, mainly for breastfeeding, as they contain mammary glands that produce milk after childbirth. Some sources also mention that hormonal changes throughout life, including puberty, pregnancy, and menopause, can affect their size, shape, and sensitivity. However, I also read that many women experience issues such as pain, lumps, or hormonal imbalances that can affect breast health. Doctor, I want to understand how Ayurveda explains the role of boobs and whether there are natural ways to keep them healthy. Are there specific Ayurvedic herbs, massages, or dietary recommendations that help in maintaining breast health and hormonal balance? Can Ayurveda offer natural remedies for concerns like breast tenderness, sagging, or fibrocystic changes? I also want to know if certain lifestyle habits or dietary choices impact breast health. Are there foods that help maintain firmness and elasticity, and does Ayurveda recommend any detox therapies or self-care practices to support healthy mammary glands? Since I want to take a holistic approach to overall wellness, I am looking for Ayurvedic guidance on maintaining healthy boobs naturally. Please provide recommendations on diet, herbal treatments, and lifestyle changes that can support breast health and prevent potential concerns.

In Ayurveda, the health of the breasts (boobs) is closely linked to the balance of the Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas, which govern movement, metabolism, and structure, respectively. Breasts are primarily composed of Kapha energy, which provides nourishment and structure, and this is why maintaining balance in Kapha is key to healthy breasts. Ayurvedic practices recommend herbs and dietary changes that support hormonal balance, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being for breast health. Herbs like Shatavari and Ashwagandha are excellent for hormonal balance and improving overall reproductive health. Shatavari, in particular, is known for supporting lactation and hormonal health, while Ashwagandha helps in reducing stress and supporting vitality. Turmeric is another herb that is anti-inflammatory and can help with pain or tenderness, while Saw Palmetto is often recommended for maintaining breast tissue health. To support firmness and elasticity, Ayurveda suggests a diet rich in healthy fats, such as ghee, avocados, and nuts, along with antioxidant-rich foods like berries, leafy greens, and papaya. These foods help nourish the tissue and maintain skin elasticity, which is important for preventing sagging. Self-care practices such as abhyanga (oil massage) can be very beneficial for breast health. Gently massaging the breasts with sesame oil, coconut oil, or herbal-infused oils promotes circulation, reduces stiffness, and supports overall tissue health. Additionally, certain yoga poses, like those that open up the chest, can improve circulation and relieve tension in the breast area. For concerns like fibrocystic changes or breast tenderness, Ayurveda recommends regular detoxification methods like Panchakarma to cleanse the body of toxins, as well as the use of Triphala for its detoxifying properties. Lifestyle-wise, maintaining a balanced weight, staying active, reducing stress, and avoiding environmental toxins like chemicals and synthetic fragrances can greatly benefit breast health. Adequate hydration and a holistic approach to wellness that includes sufficient sleep, proper stress management, and exercise further support the body’s natural functions and breast tissue health. By combining these Ayurvedic practices with a nourishing diet, regular self-care, and stress-reducing habits, you can promote long-term breast health and prevent many common concerns naturally.

My uncle recently fractured his wrist and is looking for natural remedies to support healing. I’ve heard that Ayurveda offers solutions, and I’m curious to know what the best Ayurvedic medicine for bone fracture is. Can Ayurveda speed up bone repair and strengthen the affected area? From what I’ve read, the best Ayurvedic medicine for bone fracture often includes herbs like Hadjod (Cissus quadrangularis) and Ashwagandha. How effective are these remedies for promoting bone regeneration and reducing pain? Does the best Ayurvedic medicine for bone fracture also include calcium-rich herbs, like Shatavari or sesame seeds? Another question is about therapies and applications that complement the best Ayurvedic medicine for bone fracture. Are there specific oils or pastes, such as Bala Taila, that can be applied to the fractured area? Does Panchakarma therapy, like Basti, play a role in strengthening the bones during recovery? If anyone has used Ayurvedic remedies for bone fractures, what worked best for you? How long did it take to notice improvements, and were there any side effects? Lastly, should the best Ayurvedic medicine for bone fracture be taken under the guidance of a practitioner, or are there general remedies safe for everyone?

How Can I Consult an Ayurvedic Doctor Online for Stress and Digestive Issues

1 answers

Lately, I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed with life. I’ve been experiencing a lot of stress from work and personal issues, and I’m also dealing with digestive problems like bloating and discomfort after meals. I’ve heard that Ayurveda offers natural ways to handle both of these concerns, but I’m not sure where to start. I’ve always been skeptical about traditional medicine, but after reading some positive reviews online about consulting an Ayurvedic doctor online, I’m curious if this could help me. The problem is, I don’t know how to find a reliable Ayurvedic doctor who can really understand my symptoms and guide me in the right direction. My schedule is quite packed, and visiting a doctor in person feels like a big hurdle. I know Ayurveda has a lot of different treatments – herbs, dietary changes, and lifestyle adjustments but I’m unsure about how to approach this, especially since I’m dealing with multiple issues at once. So, my main question is: Can I effectively consult an Ayurvedic doctor online? I’m particularly interested in addressing both my stress and digestive concerns. Is online consultation with an Ayurvedic expert just as effective as seeing them in person? How does it work exactly? Will they be able to recommend specific herbs, oils, or practices based on my symptoms? Do online consultations involve personalized diet plans, or is it more of a general approach? I’ve also heard about Ayurveda offering remedies like panchakarma or detox treatments. Are these available online as well? I’d be interested in trying something like that, but I’m not sure if it can be done remotely or if I would need to visit a clinic for that. Can an Ayurvedic doctor suggest specific practices or recommend local Ayurvedic centers where I could get these treatments after the online consultation? In addition to stress and digestion, I also struggle with maintaining a balanced diet. I’ve been told that Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of food, but I’m not sure what foods would suit my body type. Would an Ayurvedic doctor online be able to help with creating a diet plan that’s personalized for my needs? Or is it something I would need to explore further on my own? Lastly, I’m curious about the cost. How much does it typically cost to consult an Ayurvedic doctor online? Are there affordable options, or is it usually a premium service? I’m hoping it’s not too expensive since I’m still figuring out what will work for me.

What Are the Benefits and Side Effects of Iron Injections?

1 answers

I was recently advised to take an iron injection because my blood test showed low hemoglobin and ferritin levels. I always thought iron supplements were enough—so why are iron injections sometimes necessary? I read that iron injections are used when oral iron supplements don’t work well or cause side effects like constipation. But do iron injections work faster, and how soon do they increase hemoglobin levels? Are there any side effects of iron injections? I’ve read that some people experience pain at the injection site, nausea, and allergic reactions—how common are these? Are there natural ways to increase iron absorption? I’ve heard that Amla, Beetroot, and Moringa help boost iron levels—do they work as well as medical treatment? If anyone has had an iron injection, how long did it take to feel better, and did you have any side effects?

Iron injections are sometimes necessary when oral iron supplements are ineffective or cause intolerable side effects like constipation or gastrointestinal discomfort. They work faster than oral supplements because the iron is directly delivered into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system. As a result, iron injections can increase hemoglobin levels more quickly, often showing noticeable improvements within a few days to weeks. However, they can come with potential side effects, such as pain at the injection site, nausea, or allergic reactions, although these are relatively uncommon. To enhance iron absorption naturally, foods like Amla, Beetroot, and Moringa, which are rich in vitamin C and iron, can support iron levels. While these foods can help improve iron absorption, they are generally not as effective as medical treatments like iron injections when dealing with severe deficiencies.

Karakka Plant

I’ve recently come across references to the Karakka plant in several discussions about natural remedies, and I’m really curious to know more about it. A friend mentioned it might be useful for improving digestion and overall health, but I haven’t been able to find much detailed information about the Karakka plant online. I’ve been dealing with bloating, indigestion, and occasional acidity for the past few months, and I’m wondering if the Karakka plant could help. From what I’ve gathered so far, the Karakka plant is used in traditional medicine for its detoxifying and digestive properties. But I’m not sure which part of the Karakka plant is most beneficial—are the leaves, fruit, seeds, or roots used? Does the preparation method for the Karakka plant vary depending on the condition you’re trying to treat? For example, would the Karakka plant be taken as a powder, tea, or extract for improving digestion? I also wonder if the Karakka plant has other benefits besides helping with digestion. Some sources seem to suggest it can boost immunity and improve energy levels. Is that true? And does the Karakka plant help with any specific conditions like constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, or even liver health? I’m particularly interested in whether the Karakka plant has been used for skin-related issues since I’ve also noticed some dullness and acne breakouts, which could be linked to my digestion. If anyone has personal experience with the Karakka plant, I’d love to hear your thoughts. How did you use the Karakka plant, and how long did it take to see results? Are there any risks or side effects associated with the Karakka plant, especially for someone with a sensitive stomach or mild allergies? Also, where can I find the Karakka plant or its products, and how do I ensure I’m getting something authentic and safe? Any insights or recommendations about incorporating the Karakka plant into a natural health routine would be much appreciated. I’m also open to hearing about Ayurvedic or holistic methods that might work alongside the Karakka plant for better digestive health.

The Karakka plant, also known as Karakka or Kachnar (Bauhinia variegata), is valued in traditional medicine for its detoxifying and digestive benefits. It is primarily used for digestive issues like bloating, indigestion, and acidity. The parts of the plant used most often are the bark, leaves, and flowers, which are believed to help balance digestive functions. For digestion, the Karakka plant is commonly taken as a powder or decoction. Some people also use it in the form of a tea or extract, depending on the specific issue being treated. It is thought to support liver health, boost immunity, and may even help with skin conditions like acne due to its detoxifying properties. In addition to digestive benefits, Karakka may aid in conditions like constipation or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) due to its mild laxative effect. As with any herb, individual results can vary, and it’s important to consult with a healthcare provider, especially for those with sensitive stomachs or allergies. The plant can be found in herbal stores or online, but it’s best to ensure you’re purchasing from a reputable source to guarantee quality and authenticity.

Acidity Pitta

2 answers

For years, I’ve been struggling with chronic acidity and heartburn, and I recently learned that Ayurveda attributes this to an aggravated Pitta dosha. It makes sense because my symptoms worsen after eating spicy, sour, or oily foods. But I’m still unclear about the connection between acidity and Pitta and how to manage it effectively. How exactly does an aggravated Pitta lead to acidity? Are there specific signs or symptoms that indicate Pitta-related acidity versus other digestive problems? For example, I often feel a burning sensation in my stomach, burp frequently, and even get a sour taste in my mouth. Does this mean my acidity is definitely Pitta-related? I’ve read that Ayurveda recommends cooling herbs like coriander, fennel, and Amalaki for managing acidity Pitta imbalance. How should these be consumed? Is it better to use them as teas, powders, or raw? Are there other herbs or remedies that are particularly effective for Pitta-related acidity? Diet also seems to play a big role in balancing Pitta. Should I completely avoid spicy, fried, and acidic foods? Are there specific foods that can help cool down Pitta, like cucumber, coconut, or buttermilk? Lastly, does Ayurveda recommend any lifestyle changes for managing acidity Pitta imbalance? For instance, I’ve read that eating meals at regular times, avoiding overeating, and staying hydrated can help. If anyone has successfully managed Pitta-related acidity using Ayurveda, I’d love to hear what worked for you and how long it took to see results.

In Ayurveda, an aggravated Pitta dosha leads to acidity because Pitta governs digestion and metabolism. When Pitta is imbalanced, it causes an increase in the digestive fire (Agni), resulting in symptoms like burning sensations, acid reflux, and heartburn. Pitta-related acidity often manifests as a strong, burning sensation in the stomach or chest, burping, and a sour taste in the mouth, which is consistent with the symptoms you described. These signs suggest that your acidity is likely due to Pitta imbalance. To manage Pitta-related acidity, Ayurveda recommends cooling herbs that soothe the digestive system and balance excess heat. Herbs like Amalaki (Indian gooseberry), Coriander, and Fennel are excellent choices. Amalaki can be consumed as a powder, or in the form of a juice or tablet. Coriander and Fennel can be made into soothing teas or taken as powders. These herbs help calm the stomach lining, reduce acidity, and aid digestion. Additionally, Yashtimadhu (licorice) and Triphala are often used for their cooling and healing properties. Diet is crucial in balancing Pitta. Avoiding spicy, sour, fried, and oily foods is recommended as they aggravate Pitta and increase acidity. Instead, focus on cooling and soothing foods such as cucumber, coconut, buttermilk, and sweet fruits. Incorporating whole grains, leafy greens, and lighter proteins like fish or tofu can help maintain balance. Drinking cooling beverages like coconut water or a simple mint or fennel tea also helps in calming excess heat. Lifestyle changes like eating regular, smaller meals, avoiding overeating, and staying hydrated are key to managing Pitta-related acidity. It’s also beneficial to avoid stress, practice mindfulness, and establish a calm eating routine. Giving the body enough time to digest food without rushing helps maintain a balanced Agni. If you’ve tried these Ayurvedic practices or remedies, the results typically start to show within a few weeks to a couple of months, especially when combined with consistent lifestyle and dietary changes. If anyone has personal experience with managing Pitta-related acidity, it would be helpful to hear your approach and what worked for you.

Is Patanjali green tea for weight loss effective?

1 answers

For the last few months, I’ve been trying to lose some weight, but it’s been really slow, and honestly, I’ve tried so many things. I recently bought Patanjali green tea for weight loss because I heard it’s natural and can help burn fat faster. I’ve started drinking 2-3 cups a day, usually after meals, but I’m not sure if it’s working or if I’m just imagining things. I’ve read a lot about green tea helping with metabolism and digestion, but I don’t know if it’s enough to make a real difference in weight loss. Does Patanjali green tea for weight loss actually do anything specific, or is it just like regular green tea? Are there any special Ayurvedic ingredients in it that make it better for burning fat? I do feel a bit lighter some days, but I’m not sure if that’s because of the tea or because I’ve been walking more regularly. The taste is fine, but I feel like I have to drink it a lot to see any results, and I’m not sure if that’s good for my health. Can drinking too much of Patanjali green tea for weight loss cause any side effects? Sometimes, I feel a bit jittery after the second cup. I’m also wondering if I’m using it the right way. Should I drink it on an empty stomach or with meals? Does it work better with a specific diet? I’ve been eating mostly vegetarian meals but haven’t made big changes to my portions yet. Is it necessary to combine Patanjali green tea for weight loss with a calorie deficit to see real results? Also, are there any Ayurvedic tips to boost its effects? For example, should I drink warm water first or add some lemon or honey to it? I’m trying to follow natural and herbal remedies as much as possible, and that’s why I chose this tea, but I feel like I need more guidance. Can you also tell me if it’s safe to drink it long-term? I don’t want to rely on it forever but want to make sure I’m doing everything correctly for sustainable weight loss.

Patanjali Green Tea can support weight loss by boosting metabolism and aiding digestion, but it’s not a magic solution on its own. It helps with fat burning, but for effective results, it should be combined with a healthy, balanced diet and exercise. There are no specific Ayurvedic ingredients in Patanjali green tea that are drastically different from regular green tea, but it may have a more natural formulation. Drinking 2-3 cups a day is generally fine, but if you feel jittery, consider reducing your intake or drinking it earlier in the day. Drinking it after meals is usually best to avoid stomach discomfort. For better results, try drinking it with warm water, and adding lemon can further enhance digestion. A calorie deficit combined with the tea is crucial for weight loss. Long-term use is typically safe, but remember that relying solely on the tea without lifestyle changes won’t lead to sustainable weight loss.

Whether it’s persistent hair fall, recurring skin allergies, or long-term metabolic disorders, I aim to address the root cause rather than just suppress symptoms. In the management of lifestyle disorders like diabetes and arthritis, I integrate Ayurvedic medicines with structured dinacharya (daily routines) and ahar (dietary guidance), focusing on sustainable results and long-term wellness. I also work extensively with stress-related concerns, offering holistic strategies that incorporate mind-body practices, including meditation, herbal support, and counseling rooted in Ayurveda. With a strong foundation in traditional Ayurvedic texts and decades of hands-on experience, I remain committed to providing safe, natural, and effective healthcare solutions. My goal is to guide patients toward a balanced life, free from chronic ailments, through personalized treatment protocols that restore harmony to both body and mind.

Dr. Anusree PR
With over three years of clinical experience in a neuro-psychiatric hospital, I have developed a deep understanding of mental health and neurological disorders. My work involved supporting patients with a wide range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, psychosis, insomnia, and neurodegenerative diseases, using a combination of traditional Ayurvedic principles and evidence-based care. I take a holistic approach, addressing both the physical and psychological aspects of health, and prioritize personalized therapies that support long-term recovery and emotional well-being. In addition to my neuro-psychiatric work, I have six months of hands-on experience in emergency trauma care, where I was trained to respond quickly and effectively to acute medical situations. This experience strengthened my diagnostic abilities, crisis management skills, and reinforced the importance of timely intervention and integrative support in critical care settings. I also spent over a year in a fertility department, where I worked closely with couples dealing with infertility, menstrual irregularities, hormonal imbalances, and other reproductive health concerns. My focus was on restoring reproductive function using Ayurvedic treatments such as Uttarabasti, Rasayana therapy, and lifestyle modifications, always guided by the patient’s unique prakriti and health history. These diverse clinical experiences have shaped my practice into one that is compassionate, detail-oriented, and grounded in both tradition and clinical precision. Whether treating neurological concerns, supporting fertility, or responding to acute trauma, I am committed to offering ethical, individualized, and effective care that promotes lasting wellness.

Roshini,
About Dr. Harsha Joy
A massive thank you to Dr. Harsha and this forum, honestly, I still can’t believe I’m finally better. For years I was dealing with this awful pain in my lower back and hips, especially when I sat for more than 10 minutes. It felt like someone stabbing me over and over. I couldn’t work properly, couldn’t enjoy family dinners, even short car rides were unbearable. I tried so many things—physiotherapy, meds, chiropractors, acupuncture, even weird devices that claimed to fix back pain. Nothing worked. I was so frustrated and kind of gave up, thinking maybe this is just my life now. Then, randomly one night, I found this forum. I didn’t expect much but thought I’d give it a try. Dr. Harsha replied to my question, and honestly, her response felt so personal. She explained everything clearly how my problem might be connected to imbalances in my body and not just something physical. She gave me a plan: some yoga stretches, herbal oils for massage, and a few Ayurvedic supplements. She even suggested small lifestyle changes, like how to sit better and take regular breaks during the day. I didn’t think it would work, but after a couple of weeks, I started to notice the pain easing. Sitting didn’t hurt as much, and my back felt looser. Over the next couple of months, the pain kept getting better. Now, I can sit through a whole day at work, go out with friends, and even travel without worrying about pain. Dr. Harsha, you’ve honestly changed my life. Thank you so much for your help and to this forum for connecting me with her!
Jake London,
About Dr Sujal Patil
A huge thank you to Dr. Sujal and this amazing forum! I honestly never thought I’d find relief from the problem I was dealing with for so long. For years, I struggled with terrible digestive issues bloating, stomach cramps, and this constant feeling of heaviness after every meal. It didn’t matter what I ate, even the so-called “healthy” stuff would mess me up. Some days I’d feel fine, and then the next, I’d be in so much discomfort I couldn’t even focus on work or enjoy time with my family. I tried everything antacids, probiotics, different diets, cutting out foods one by one nothing worked for more than a week or two. Doctors just kept saying it was IBS and gave me more meds, but I was tired of taking pills that didn’t actually fix anything. Then I randomly came across this forum, while scrolling late at night looking for help. I posted my story, not really expecting much, but Dr. Sujal replied, and wow, I’m so glad she did. Her advice was so practical and made sense in a way no one else had explained before. She said my issues could be related to weak digestion and recommended a complete Ayurvedic approach to strengthen it. She suggested drinking warm water with a bit of ginger and lemon first thing in the morning, avoiding cold or raw foods, and eating lighter meals in the evening. She also told me to use some herbal powders like Trikatu to boost my digestion and add a few specific spices like cumin and fennel to my cooking. She even taught me some breathing exercises to help calm my gut when I felt stressed. Within a week of following her plan, I started feeling lighter, and my bloating reduced significantly. Over the next month, the cramps completely stopped, and I could eat meals without that horrible heavy feeling afterward. I honestly can’t believe how much better I feel now, and I haven’t touched an antacid in weeks! Dr. Sujal, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You didn’t just help me heal physically but also gave me confidence that I can manage my health naturally. This forum is a blessing, and I’m so glad I found it!
